Will theer at the aid station be delivered enegy drink in bottles or do one have to bring own bottles and fill them up when passing through?
What about the aid stations will there be people standing and handing out the bars/gel etc so one can reduce speed but avoid stopping completely?
Will there before the start be a possibility to fill up with bottles (enegy drink), gel and bars? |
