I am at the moment most happy with my 11th at Ironman Wisconsin 2009 but again the joy of results now is not the same as when I did my first ironman race..I guess it's like your first love!
Greatest moment in triathlon -
First ironman finish in Frankfurt in 2004.

I like transistions the most..no..the run..especially the first few km..then it's kinda downhill with the fun from there.
Thoughts about Challenge Copenhagen -
I am happy, excited and proud that there will be a Challenge race in my city. I truely agree with H.C. Andersen - Copenhagen is wonderful, and to have the chance to do and ironman distance triathlon in the heart of such a city where friends and family can watch will be one of the things I am sure I will look back on with the greatest joy when I stop triathlon.

Favorit music -
I like hip hop, I like rock and sometimes I even like pop. I guess it really does depend. If I was to name some favorite bands it would be RHPC... Anthony Kiedis always reminds me that I should have been a rockstar and not a triathete... Like other triathletes I must have recived really shitty advice from my guidance counselor in school!
Proffesional back ground (jobs, education etc.) -
I always hated school so the it felt natural for me to become a teacher. I've had about a million different jobs from paperboy to dive guide.
Today I am CEO of Out of bubblegum which is pehaps the worlds coolest training company.
This however cannot fill all of my time so despite the fact that I really hate to talk and speak my mind in public* ( I am very shy** and humble ***) then I do give talks about health and lifestyle which I really enjoy a lot.
I consider myself a working class hero, master of my faith and ruler of my destiny - nothing more and nothing less ( in my own mind a modern version of Rocky).
Being a happy person will always be my main goal in life..which with my looks and personality is a constant challenge.
